- All orders are shipped with tracking information, and we encourage customers to track their packages. ShanShar Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
At ShanShar Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please refer to our return policy:
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different produits within 3 days. The item must be in its original condition, and shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as skincare, cosmetics, and intimate apparel are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
